The Rev. Jeffrey P. Sartain

The Rev. Jeffrey P. Sartain received his undergraduate education at Moorhead State University in 1984 and began a career in Social Work. From 1986 until 1990 he attended Luther Seminary in St. Paul, and in 1991 he was ordained in the United Church of Christ. He then served churches and also worked in denominational leadership and non-profit development until he joined Plymouth's ministerial staff in 2001.

At Plymouth, Jeff coordinates the ministries of member care, ensuring that members of Plymouth are supported during times of illness, transition, bereavement or other times when they are in need of spiritual care. New members of Plymouth might come to know Jeff in their first months at the church as he helps them get acquainted with the church and feel at home. He also coordinates Plymouth's Group Connections program.

Jeff and his partner, Mark Sedio, live in St. Paul. They have two grown children.
