How Do We Build a New Human Story of Our Future?
Ann Manning & Gloria Wallace

PowerPoint from Dec. 4
Audio from Dec. 4 Audio from Dec. 11
As we approach the 12th year in the new millennium, we are still trying to grasp a vision and a story about the future of humanity. We are trying to birth a story about the future of the world. At the same time as a 400-year-old age is rattling in its deathbed, another age struggles to be born. What is dying? What wants to be born? What wants to be transformed? What are our possible roles and responsibilities as Progressive Christians and as citizens of an emergent world?

We are living in one of those rare and momentous turning points in history. It is a time we must dream of all we might realize and all we might be.

Ann Manning Gloria Wallace

Ann Manning and Gloria Wallace are both psychologists and members of Plymouth Church who share a strong interest in this emergent world. Ann has been a member of Plymouth Congregational Church since 1996 and active on several boards over those years. She is a passionate ‘sacred-activist’ and is always looking for conversation with others on the path. Gloria has been a member of Plymouth since 1981 and brings with her a history as a therapist, leadership trainer and coach. Her interest in human development, communication and change has been a constant companion for all of her adult life.
