Plymouth Reads: Serving Money Serving God
How do we create a church structure that honors and reflects our congregation’s commitment to justice? Dr. Sheryl Johnson argues that alignment between our beliefs and church practices is critical, not as a theological exercise but for the integrity of our faith. Although focused on church practices, this book’s teachings extend well beyond church life.
Discussions about the book will be in mid-fall, but it’s not too early to get your copy and start reading. Each discussion session will cover the entire book, so there’s no reason not to read ahead! Copies will be available at the front desk for $20 beginning in late August. Contact Madeline with any questions.
