Explore the meditative calm of three world-class practices and three local congregations. Feb. 11, at Adath Jeshurun Temple, 10500 Hillside Lane W., Minnetonka, Hazzan Joanna Dulkin will present and lead our group in Jewish mindfulness meditation. March 4 session is hosted by The Minnesota Zen Center, 3343 E. Calhoun Parkway, Minneapolis. Tim Burkett is their lead teacher who will instruct and demonstrate his keen interest in interfaith spirituality and meditative Zen practice. On April 8, Plymouth Congregational Church, 1900 Nicollet Ave. S., Minneapolis, is the site for the third session and panel discussion, facilitated by Plymouth’s Diane Boruff, commissioned presenter of Centering Prayer and member of Minnesota Contemplative Leadership team. She will present and lead participants through Christian meditation history and current practice. The April session will conclude with an interfaith discussion among participants and leaders.
