Emily Bastian, Vice President of Ending Homelessness, has worked at Avivo since 2012. She has 15+ years of leadership and experience in delivering high quality, strengths-based, person-centered services for individuals living with multiple disabilities. Emily has led Avivo’s work in addressing the unique needs of residents who are living unsheltered, particularly the Twin Cities’ Indigenous community, with the formation of Avivo’s street outreach teams and implementation of Avivo Village.
