Plymouth Contemplatives meet monthly on first Mondays, 7 to 9 p.m., We are an affinity group committed to personal and collective transformation, sharing in contemplative movement, meditation, and group discernment. We practice being present to God dwelling within our hearts, in Plymouth’s congregational life and in our wider community. Conversations from the HeartWednesdays at 10 amWe learn to tolerate ambiguity and complexity and to remain kind and gentle with ourselves and others, while simultaneously being deeply and relentlessly truthful. We can then approach ourselves and others with compassion and understanding.
Spiritual YogaWednesdays at 6:45 pmEach class is designed to enhance body and breath awareness, energy and flexibility while at the same time supporting the development of a perfect balance between body and mind. This invigorating class is open to all levels and is set in a safe and supportive environment.
