Franklin Avenue Roadwork Update | Hennepin County Project | March 23 – Fall 2027
Beginning March 23, 2026, through the fall of 2027, Franklin Avenue will be closed in both directions from Lyndale Avenue to Chicago Avenue.
During this phase of construction, two of the three north/south streets surrounding Plymouth Church will remain open at all times. For example, if Blaisdell Avenue is closed, Nicollet Avenue and 1st Avenue will remain accessible.
