There’s always room for more people in One More Chair (OMC), which offers fun gatherings and a chance to meet new people and build new friendships. We organize large gatherings open to all several times a year, and we have many smaller groups that meet regularly.

Play! is a group for people who love the spoken word. Participants may read a playscript or adapted dialogue from various genres. Readers will find community and “play” in performing together and perhaps for others. Members may attend and discuss performances in the Twin Cities.

Joyful Noise Ukulele Group

Upcoming date changes: Feb. 23, Mar. 8, and Mar. 22, then back to regular schedule in April.

Gather with others to play the ukulele! The focus will be on songs of joy, community and inspiration.

Varying dates, times, locations, and activities

Are you interested in moving while getting to know others at Plymouth? The activities are varied and wide ranging. They might include hiking, snowshoeing, bird watching with guide or other activity combined with hiking. Most times people gather at a restaurant following the event. Members within the group take turns planning the activities. Most activities are planned for Saturdays. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Duplicate Bridge

This group offers two different days and venues. Attendance on a regular or occasional basis at one or both breakfasts is welcomed. On the first Monday of the month breakfast is at The Egg & I, 2550 University Ave. W. (University & Hwy 280). On the second Wednesday of the month breakfast is at The Lowry, 212 Hennepin Ave. S. There is always room for one more chair at breakfast!
