Remembering Plymouth Congregational Church
When you remember Plymouth Congregational Church with a gift from your estate, you cast your influence into the future to preserve what we love about our church.
Your gift will sustain:
-
Thoughtful, heartfelt worship
-
Glorious music
-
Social justice and community outreach
-
Visual arts and literature as expressions of the spirit
-
Care of our youth through intellectually challenging theology
Leave a gift in your will:
-
Designate a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate.
-
Revisions to current wills can be made with a simple modification called a codicil.
Your legacy gift should be designated to either Plymouth’s Legacy Fund or Plymouth’s Endowment Fund. Click here for fund definitions and an example of words that could be used in your will.
Establishing your gift is easy.
Your attorney, accountant, or financial planner can help you with specific arrangements. Then complete the Bequest Confirmation Form and send it to the church office, or call Anne, 612/977-1266, or email Anneg (a) plymouth.org, to report your decision to the church. The specifics of your gift will be kept confidential. While Plymouth’s gratitude to Flame Society members is often expressed publicly, the church will honor your request if you wish to remain anonymous.
