Welcome to Realm – Plymouth’s New Cloud-based Member Directory, Giving Platform, and Online Community.

 

You may have recently received an email from Realm / ACS Technologies — this message is legitimate and was sent on behalf of Realm and Plymouth Congregational Church and came from notifications@onrealmmail.org.

We’re excited to share that Realm is Plymouth’s new cloud-based membership directory, replacing our previous ACS/OnDemand system. Because Realm is cloud-based, it replaces the older, server-based OnDemand platform. Please note that you will no longer have access to the previous ACS / OnDemand system.

How to Create Your Account

To set up a Realm account, first look for an invitation email from notifications@onrealmmail.org and click the link inside to create a password and verify your account. After setting up your account, you can download the Realm Connect app and sign in with the email and password you created to access your profile.

The only way to set up your account is through the Realm invitation email. If you did not receive an invite email or cannot locate it, please email emilyv@plymouth.org, and we will resend it to you.

Getting Started

In the email you received from Realm (notifications@onrealmmail.org)You’ll find a link to set up your new account.

  • Your username will be your email address.
  • You’ll be asked to create a new password (you may reuse your old one if you wish). Once logged in, you can confirm your profile details and explore the new system.
  • Check for an invitation email: Your organization should send you an email with a link to set up your account. Search your inbox, including spam and promotions folders, for an email from notifications@onrealmmail.org.
  • Click the link and create a password: Open the email and click the provided link to go to the “Create Account” screen. Create a password that meets the organization’s security requirements, which often include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.
  • Verify you’re not a robot: Complete any CAPTCHA or security challenges to prove you are not a bot.
  • Click “Create Realm Account”: Once your password is set, click the button to finalize your account setup.

What’s Changing

Realm allows you to access your member profile directly from your computer. Once you sign in, you can:

  • Review and update your contact information
  • Monitor your giving
  • See your activities and involvement
  • Connect with fellow Plymouth members through the online directory
