Legacy Giving

A legacy gift to Plymouth is one of the most meaningful ways to express your commitment to this community — ensuring that the spiritual home you treasure will be a treasure for those who come after you. Plymouth has been shaped and sustained by the generosity of those who came before us, and every legacy gift carries that tradition forward.

The Flame Society

Plymouth’s Flame Society recognizes members and friends who have included Plymouth in their estate plans through a bequest, trust, or other planned gift. Flame Society members are celebrated as part of Plymouth’s ongoing life — though if you prefer to remain anonymous, that wish will always be honored.

How to Make a Legacy Gift

Legacy gifts to Plymouth should be designated to either the Legacy Fund or the Endowment Fund. Your attorney, accountant, or financial planner can help you with the specific arrangements. Once you have made your decision, complete the Bequest Confirmation Form and send it to the church office, or contact the accounting team directly.

  • Legacy Fund — supports Plymouth’s ongoing ministry and operations
  • Endowment Fund — provides long-term financial stability for Plymouth’s mission

The specifics of your gift will be kept confidential. Plymouth’s gratitude for Flame Society members is often expressed publicly, but your request for anonymity will always be honored.
