Location & Directions

Plymouth Congregational Church occupies a full city block in south Minneapolis, bordered by Nicollet Avenue to the east, Franklin Avenue to the south, LaSalle Avenue to the west, and Groveland Avenue to the north. We are easy to reach by bus, bike, car, or on foot.

Your Safety Is Our First Welcome

Before you ever reach our doors, Plymouth is looking out for you. Our safety and facilities team, led by Director Malcolm Williams, is on-site around the clock, year-round. Malcolm brings more than fifteen years of experience serving this community — not just securing a building, but knowing this neighborhood and the people who live here. That relationship is part of how we care for everyone who comes to Plymouth, and it's inseparable from our broader commitment to community safety, which we pursue in active partnership with neighbors, local organizations, and our Reimagining Community Safety Task Force.

If you'd like someone to meet you at your car, walk with you to the entrance, or simply be aware you're arriving, call us—any time, for any reason. It's what we're here for.

Malcolm Williams, Safety Director

Malcolm Williams has served Plymouth for more than fifteen years, leading the team that keeps our building, grounds, and campus safe and welcoming around the clock. His deep roots in this neighborhood — and the relationships he's built with residents, businesses, and community partners over that time — shape how Plymouth approaches safety: as an extension of hospitality, not a barrier to it. If you need anything on arrival, Malcolm's team is the first face you'll see.
